The black California SUBLIME License Plate is produced as seen on a Skunk Records sticker and patch originally available in the 90s as merchandise for the iconic rock band Sublime. The rust and scratches are screen printed onto the plate. Our plates are made from aluminum so they will not naturally rust. The plate is smooth to the touch, but certainly has the illusion of looking old and weathered from a distance!
