Our license plates occasionally suffer some damage during production. We would never ship a damaged plate to you for full price, so we have decided to make them available for purchase at a discounted rate of $5.00 each.

The damage will vary by plate. The plate will either have heavy scratches, multiple light scratches, the holes may be misaligned, or the embossing may be offset from the screen printing. Please see the pictures for examples of the different degrees of damage. Stock is limited and not all products are available.

The blue Nevada PRB 23 License Plate is produced as seen on the 1973 Corvette Stingray in the 1978 film Corvette Summer. Mark Hamill stars as Kenny Dantley, a high school senior building a Corvette as a class project. The finished car gets stolen, and Kenny hitchhikes to Las Vegas to recover it. In 1978, the state of Nevada produced license plates in this style that are debossed, rather than embossed like the rest of our plates. It can be difficult to tell from the images that all of the white parts of the plate are pressed inward, rather than raised.
