The yellow Tri-County LZTYBRN License Plate is produced as seen on Al McWhiggin’s 50s coupe in the 1999 movie Toy Story 2. Al McWhiggin, owner of Al’s Toy Barn, is a greedy toy collector who makes a deal with Mr. Konishi of the Konishi Toy Museum in Tokyo to collect the entire Woody's Roundup collection in exchange for a large payment. After Al abducts Woody, he is seen driving away in his 50s Coupe and is later identified by his license plate, LZTYBRN.
