The New York HIZZONER License Plate is produced as seen on Mayor Lenny’s car in the 1989 film Ghostbusters 2. After the Ghostbusters fail to make a dent in the slime shell around the museum, they huddle near Ecto-1a. In the background of this scene, the Mayor's car can be seen with the HIZZONER license plate. ‘Hizzoner’ is a reference to the slang term for mayors of big cities, meaning ‘His Honor’.
