The blue California BLINK-182 License Plate is produced as seen on postcards and stickers originally available in the 90s as merchandise for the iconic rock band Blink-182. The rust and scratches are screen printed onto the plate. Our plates are made from aluminum so they will not naturally rust. The plate is smooth to the touch, but certainly has the illusion of looking old and weathered from a distance!
