ISSBND The white ISSBND License Plate is produced as it appeared on the Tesla Model X from which astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley stepped out of prior to the Falcon 9 launch in June 2020. It is speculated that ISSBND stands for ‘International Space Station Bound’ or ‘International Space Station Bob and Doug’.
